This self-guided professional development tool focuses on early childhood development and narrows the emphasis to childrenís personal and social growth. These DVDís are research based and use direct observation vignettes, interviews, exercises and quizzes that allow caregivers time for reflection, practice, and meaningful discussion. This resource is comprehensive and can be imbedded for professional development opportunities and used in-house for one individual, or a whole classroom of students, depending on the needs of the facilitator.
